Home of Stitchin On The FlyQuilt Retreat
This year retreat will be held at the ALACCA Bible Camp. Which is located in Harpester, Idaho. The camp has very pretty views. Perfect for a retreat. We will be limiting the retreat to 20 people. So get signed up early.
Meals and lodging is included in your retreat fee. We will be providing breakfast and dinner. Lunch is on your own.
We will have a snack table so bring a goodie to share.
Retreat Dates:
October 22nd - October 26th
Wednesday October 22nd check in at 9am
Sunday October 26th check out at ?
Bring a gift for a gift exchange game your item can be home made or bought with a max value of $20.00.
For games bring the following:
- 3--fat quarters
- 3--3 set of 2 1/2" strips tied together for a total of 9 strips can all be the same or a variety of fabrics
- 3--3 sets of 20--2 1/2" squares can all be the same or a variety of fabrics
Bring any show and tell we will be doing that nightly. Lets share what all you been working on since we have last been able to be together since covid.
UFOs.... Do you have a UFO that you don't want anymore??? Do you have a UFO that is just something you don't have the desire to ever finish??? How about something new... UFO swap. If you want to participate bring a UFO that your not attached to and we will have a UFO swap table that those who bring can pick out a new UFO to go home with them. Then when we get together for our next retreat you can show off the UFO you got finished.
Christina will have a mini store at the retreat where you will get 20% discount for the whole weekend we can even do late night shopping trips to the shop.
After your signed up for the retreat you will be added to a Facebook Group where we will be doing updates and further details leading upto the retreat.
