Locals will come in monthly to get their free fabric of their choice.
People who don't live close and want to participate here is your shipping schedule.
You will pick your fabric quarterly and then you will pay $4 shipping per quarter.
You will go online and fill out the free fabric program form for your selections each quarter then it gets emailed to me.
You will receive happy package with your 3 fabric choices in there.
Pick your first 3 fabric choices in January for January--March
Pick next 3 fabric choices in April for April--June
Pick next 3 fabric choices in July for July--September
Pick your final 3 fabric choices in October for October--December
